My role as your coach is to provide you guidance and support on your health and wellness journey. Together we’ll develop a customized coaching plan designed to take you from feeling overwhelmed and stressed to happy and healthy. I offer accountability and resources to teach you best practices to help you achieve the change you desire.  I meet you where you are at and work on specific actionable tasks each week to get you to your goals. 

Topics covered include, but are not limited to:

mindset, exercise, meal planning, meal prep, portion control, emotional eating, healthy swaps and MORE depending on your specific needs.

1:1 Coaching

3 month commitment

What’s Included:

  • 60 Minute Kickoff/assessment call to develop an individualized 3 month game plan (broken down by week to create actionable steps)

  • Weekly 30 minute calls via zoom to discuss wins, struggles / challenges and goals for the following week 

  • Action Plans written up and sent via email after weekly mentoring sessions

  • Daily motivational messages sent via email

  • Daily Tracker evaluations and correspondence for ACCOUNTABILITY

  • Unlimited Voxer access during business hours

  • Resources to include, but not limited to, tracking, meal planning, meal prep, recipes, morning routines, fitness/nutrition tips
