My role as your coach is to provide you guidance and support on your health and wellness journey. Together we’ll develop a customized coaching plan designed to take you from feeling overwhelmed and stressed to happy and healthy. I offer accountability and resources to teach you best practices to help you achieve the change you desire. I meet you where you are at and work on specific actionable tasks each week to get you to your goals.
Topics covered include, but are not limited to:
mindset, exercise, meal planning, meal prep, portion control, emotional eating, healthy swaps and MORE depending on your specific needs.

3 month commitment
What’s Included:
60 Minute Kickoff/assessment call to develop an individualized 3 month game plan (broken down by week to create actionable steps)
Weekly 30 minute calls via zoom to discuss wins, struggles / challenges and goals for the following week
Action Plans written up and sent via email after weekly mentoring sessions
Daily motivational messages sent via email
Daily Tracker evaluations and correspondence for ACCOUNTABILITY
Unlimited Voxer access during business hours
Resources to include, but not limited to, tracking, meal planning, meal prep, recipes, morning routines, fitness/nutrition tips
